The project emerges from gender inequalities, which have more impact on migrant women. This project highlights the need to optimize training programs to support women and their personal needs, focusing on the professionals who accompany them. Certain protocolized tendencies tighten their emancipated decision-making and underline their re-victimization. For this reason, the conscious training of future professionals in psychology, social sciences and health is considered of interest. The coordinated work of the partners monitors a transnational understanding of the phenomenon.
The results of the project will build training plans that use online learning platforms for dissemination in an international context. The project plans to build a useful virtual learning platform (360 REWIN e-learning Platform), the development of good practice guides and effective methodologies and the realization of workshops to promote specific skills.
